You don't go through the legal process alone
A demanding legal process often touches more than just the law. It can affect your daily life, your relationships, and your own resilience. That's why, with us, legal expertise and emotional support go hand in hand. Every client is supported by their own psychotherapist throughout the entire legal process. You get a safe and confidential space to process what the process stirs up in you – with a professional, at your own pace.

Maarit Koskinen
Meet your supporting psychotherapist
Psychotherapist Maarit has over 12 years of experience in child protection as well as substance abuse and mental health work. She works with, among other things, various crisis and life situations where a person may have to cope with intense stress, uncertainty, and difficult decisions simultaneously. Her work particularly emphasizes relationship and family crises, addictions, self-esteem and motivation challenges, and situations related to life changes and losses.
Maarit also has a strong understanding of how various legal and authority processes can affect a person's psychological well-being. A prolonged process, uncertainty about one's own or a loved one's situation, constant clarification of matters, and the feeling of not being able to influence the course of events can be significantly burdensome. She is familiar with the effects of these processes on a person's daily life, relationships, sense of security, and resilience.
You can come to the appointment when there is a crisis or difficult situation going on in your life that you don't have to sort out alone. Support can also be offered in situations where there is a need for a place to structure one's own thoughts and feelings, and where it is easier to find perspective with an outside professional.
The work is based on psychotherapy and cognitive behavioral therapy methods. The work always progresses according to the client's situation, needs, and goals. Important is a safe and confidential encounter, where even difficult things can be discussed openly and without judgment. Confidentially – at your own pace.
It is important to me to create a safe, accepting and confidential atmosphere in every session.
